Report Writer Heading
« on: February 12, 2016, 11:18:35 AM »
I am displaying the Warehouse in the heading of a Report Writer Report.
What I am trying to do is print a 'blank' warehouse on the "Grand Total" page.
This works well in the Summary report because simply testing for RV.SELECTION = "G" allows for changes before going the find grand total page.
But this does not work for the detail report.
In this case the @rv.break.fld =1 just before the grand total happens to put that break on a page by itself and the Grand Total Break does not change @rv.break.fld nor allow changes before the page break before the Grand total.
What happens between the last break and the grand total break?
Any way to know all the records have been read?

The only indicator that I could find that tells me that all 3 break levels including the Grand Total will happen is that @RECORD is blank.  Using RV.SECTION = "G" and @RECORD = "" in the before break I was able to set the value I wanted (null) in the warehouse value displaying in the header.

Another thing to check is that @KEY = @AM.  That only happens when at the end of the report.
